Anatomical Beginner Yoga Series

Wednesdays, Aug 29th - Sept 19th

$20 per session $70 Whole Series

Haylee will break down each basic vinyasa yoga shape to provide a full understand of our bodies on the mat so that we can flow to our fullest in a safe and sustainable way.  This workshop is meant for brand new beginners, those recovering from injuries and are rediscovering their practice or simply those who want a greater understanding of their anatomy.  There will be plenty of time for questions and discovery throughout. After the 4 weeks each participant should be able to walk into a yoga class and know how to work with their unique body and anatomy to keep themselves safe and flow into the peace of mind yoga can offer.

About the Instructor:

Haylee Warner, RYT is a movement and meditation instructor, corporate wellness provider and will be an Ayurveda Holistic Health Councelor (Oct 2018) in Philadelphia. She focuses on the anatomical aspects of movement and blends her experience of dance, gyrokinesis, and yoga in each class. She enjoys guiding people to become further in touch with their bodies, emotions and patterns to be able to understand themselves better and therefore guide themselves into better health.

Haylee began practicing yoga in 2007 as a meditative experience and to pair with her dance training. She found yoga to be an incredible personal movement experience, separate from how she experienced movement in codified forms of dance. It slowly became a regular grounding practice for herself, and decided to pursue a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 from The Yoga Garden, Phila PA. Since then she has received a Pediatric yoga certification from Summit Education, completed a 150 hour Advanced Training from Palo Santo Wellness Boutique, and in January 2017 she took a foundation course in trauma sensitive yoga through Transformation Yoga Project. She is currently studying at Ayurveda's World NYC to complete a Holistic Health Counseling Certification.

You can find her public classes at Healing Arts Collective, however she mainly teach trauma sensitive yoga, private sessions and corporate wellness classes in the Philadelphia region.
