EFT Tapping Circle: Tapping Beyond our Fears

EFT Tapping

Cost: $20 Online, $25 Door
Limited to 20 participants.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as "Tapping", is a quantum level self-healing technique that is often described as a combination between modern psychology and eastern traditional medicine. EFT uses percussive tapping on the body's meridians while to release emotional charge that is interfering with the body's natural ability to rapidly heal itself. EFT often works where nothing has before, and can be effective for a wide variety of physical and emotional issues including anxiety, depression, phobias, cravings and weight loss.

This workshop will give a background on EFT - what it is, where it comes from, how it works - and attendees will be guided through a group tap to receive emotional healing on the topic of moving beyond our fears. Participants will be asked to choose one issue that evokes fear in their life and focus on this issue for the duration of the group tap.

Alexa Houser is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner living in Philadelphia, PA, who has been trained and certified by the Sophia School of Living Arts.

After experiencing her own spiritual awakening, which was catalyzed by back-to-back ER visits for an unexplained swelling of the body, Alexa discovered and fell in love with EFT, also known as “tapping”. She has benefitted from this quantum healing technique, and utilizes EFT to process anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship and money issues, sexual shame, and more.

In addition to building her EFT practice, Alexa enjoys hosting both The Positive Head Podcast and her own project, Innerbloom Podcast. Both of these podcasts explore spiritual growth, consciousness, living a positive life, and all things metaphysical.

It is Alexa’s life mission to aid others in receiving the healing they seek, and to inspire individuals to step into their power as creators of their own life experience. Learn more @ //
